# Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information MRFlow collects through mrflowos.com, what it is used for and who it is shared with. MRFlow is run by Murilo Rossi Facchini in Sydney, Australia, and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

## What is collected

Only what you choose to send, plus the technical information any website receives.

- When you use the contact form: your name and email, and anything else you fill in, such as your phone number, what the business does and what you need help with.

- When you book a call through the booking calendar on the site: the details the booking form asks for, such as your name, email, your business and your WhatsApp number. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.

- When you message on WhatsApp or by email: your number or address and what you write.

- When you visit any page: technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, recorded by the hosting provider for security and basic traffic statistics.

The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

## How it is used

Your information is used to reply to you, prepare and hold the diagnosis call, send a quote if you ask for one, and deliver the work if you become a client. It is not sold, rented or used to send you marketing you did not ask for.

## Who it is shared with

A few service providers process information so the site can work. Each one only receives what it needs for its part.

- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects the contact form from spam with Turnstile.

- Resend delivers the contact form to MRFlow's inbox.

- Zoho hosts the murilo@mrflowos.com mailbox.

- Cal.com runs the booking calendar.

- WhatsApp, owned by Meta, carries messages sent on WhatsApp.

- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on the pages, which means your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. Information is only disclosed to other parties when the law requires it.

## How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to reply and to follow up on the conversation, and for the length of any working relationship that follows. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

## Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information MRFlow holds about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, by emailing [murilo@mrflowos.com](mailto:murilo@mrflowos.com). You will get a reply within 30 days.

If you are not happy with how a privacy concern was handled, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at [oaic.gov.au](https://www.oaic.gov.au).

## Changes

If the way the site collects information changes, this page is updated and the date below changes with it.
